Providing assured logistical sustainment support to a combined force of troops in Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan and the Horn of Africa. Assisting the Commanding General by overseeing every aspect of the general’s day-to-day operations. Coordinating with AMC, USARCENT, Multi-National Corps-Iraq, and Combined Joint Task Force(s) 82 and 101 staffs synchronizing operational sustainment within the theater of operations. ● Supervised two military and two civilian employees and accepts responsibility for managing the overall functions and activity within the Commanding General Office.● Evaluated, planned, coordinated, and arranged for visits of military and civilian dignitaries and special visitors to Camp Arifjan, Kuwait ● Planned and executed General Officer level itineraries, briefings, office calls, social events, ceremonies, transportation, lodging, communication, and security for Commanding General and Distinguished Visitor’s ● Provided General Officer level read-ahead, background, and biographical data for all Distinguished Visitor’s ● Briefed USARCENT and AMC leadership and on various Battle Rhythm events to include Morning and Evening Situation Updates, Operational Sustainment directorate updates and LNO brief• Synchronized human resource, medical, logistics, acquisition, technology and fielding requirements sections in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom• Participated in strategic planning, developing long and short range plans mission changes in Iraq • Coordinated with Army Materiel Command, U.S. Army Central Command, Multi-National Coalition-Iraq, Coalition Joint Task Force 82nd and Coalition Joint Task Force 101st to ensure operational sustainment staff actions were integrated and synchronized throughout the theater of operations• Analyzed programs and services that built linkages between the USARCENT staff and strategic logistic partners including AMC, DLA, DCMA
