AccountabilitiesOversight and direction on:Administrative team: Managing Director of Corporate and Financial Resources; Senior Managers of Human Resources, Hospitality Services, Information Systems, Government Services, Promotional and Commercial Partnerships, Events and Building Services.Budget: Development and Strategy for the budget of approximately $20 MillionOutcomes: Ensures the effective, efficient, economical and equitable administration of the USC.Quality: Ensures that the USC’s operations promote the delivery of high quality programs and services to meet the needs of students meeting specific goals within the context of available resources.Risk Management: Ensures that the USC identifies, assesses and prioritizes potential risks and drafts a plan to monitor limit them.Leadership: Supports the development of student leaders. Focused on keeping the Senior Leadership Team functioning at high level and motivated.This role requires the use of my skills in Project Management, Strategic Alignment, Balanced Scorecard, Strategic Planning, Systems and Operations, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Leadership in general.
