These formative times gave me a rare end-to-end understanding of the manufacturing process. I absolutely know what it is like to be that person on the shop floor. As CFO at Heidenhain Corporation, a global manufacturing company, this first-hand experience informs how I build tight-knit teams, foster shared culture, and innovate bold solutions. Together, despite challenge and uncertainty, at Heidenhain we executed a major restructure that boosted efficiency, shifted to new technologies that established organizational agility, and completed a 3-year OKR project that generated significant advancements towards specific KPI targets. Although I guide strategic decision-making, there is no doubt that all these achievements belong to the team. Our people are truly our most important resource.
