Responsible for the design and delivery of the Treasury systems strategy to support a global Group Treasury team. Includes working closely with the Treasury Leadership Team to identify and deliver projects to enhance Group Treasury activities, systems and processes. Strong focus on the support, maintenance and development of the FIS Quantum Treasury Management System (TMS) as well as upstream and downstream systems. A proven track record in the design and delivery of continuous improvement opportunities across Group Treasury to increase straight-through-processing (STP), improve system security, and streamline business processes. Also responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key contacts to support Group Treasury activities such as with shared centre representatives, IT, third-party system suppliers and banks. Extensive involvement in numerous SAP consulting assignments in both the professional and financial service industries. Responsibilities include the review and assessment of existing ERP implementations to identify and propose solutions to shortfalls in existing functionality; support and development/implementation of SAP systems for numerous clients including FI/CO, SD and BW/BI on various versions of SAP (i.e. 4.6, 4.7, ERP6.0). The role also includes the preparation and documentation of responses to RFTs, RFPs, etc. including detailed analysis of requirements to provide accurate estimates. Requirements gathering tasks vary from analysis of the existing system landscape to the facilitation of client workshops to identify and document business requirements.

Major involvement in the delivery of a large SAP ERP implementation. This involved the replacement of the legacy operating GL system with SAP Enterprise 4.7 and the development of interfaces to feed a data warehouse, downstream reporting systems and also source system feeds to SAP. My role on this project covered the FI/CO, P2P and TM modules on all of the rollouts including acting as IT Delivery Manager on a number of the roll outs and change requests. I was the primary SME for the Corporate Finance Management module for a number of the rollouts. Responsibilities included: interpreting and delivering the business requirements to spec, completing functional and technical specs, data conversion, supporting system/UAT, BAU support, basic ABAP developments.
