As the Senior Regional Director for the South Asia Pacific Region at Marken, my responsibilities encompass steering business strategy and overseeing the financial health of our operations in India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and other South Asian nations. My 15-plus years in the clinical trial logistics and the management of time and temperature-sensitive deliveries have furnished me with a comprehensive understanding of our clients' intricate and evolving requirements in the life sciences sector.Since October 2023, I have also taken on the role of Country Manager for UPS Healthcare in India. In conjunction with my duties at Marken, this position allows me to forge state-of-the-art infrastructure and capabilities to address the complex requirements of Healthcare companies in India, spanning from clinical to commercial stages.My expertise lies in crafting logistics solutions, expanding networks, managing Requests for Information (RFI), cultivating business growth, fostering talent, and enhancing customer engagement. Since my start with Marken in 2011, I've been pivotal in broadening our footprint and services throughout the South APAC area, introducing innovative business concepts, and carving out new business sectors within the field. Additionally, I've built and overseen strategic partnerships with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) and other key partners, maintaining a focus on operational excellence and adherence to regulations. As an effective communicator and team player, I excel in liaising with my team, clients, and upper management, consistently aiming to fulfill Marken's goals and aspirations.
