Providing Payroll for Salary preparation of employees3. Processing of employee claims/reimbursements4. Welfare linked activities of employees5. Preparation of Office files of employees

1. Co-ordination with Line Managers for carrying out Manpower Planning exercise.2. Responsible for activities associated with Recruitment and Selection process of the Organization.3. Sourcing of Resume and scheduling Interview of Candidates with Lead and Line managers.4. Carrying out activities associated with Induction, Training and On boarding of new Employees.5. Preparation of Payroll details and Providing Payroll inputs of employees on time.6. Handling Leave Processing system of employees.7. Managing Office files for each individual employee.
