Presently working with Startup Incubator and Virtual Space/Co-working space provider Stirring Minds, Delhi as Operations Manager. Primarily, the set of responsibilities would include client onboarding, escalations handling and negotiations with clients as well as business partners. This role requires close interconnection with Marketing and Sales function in order to delve deeper into the consumer psychology to close the deals at a win-win situation.
