As a Director at Better Persona I have made it our mission to educate the students and youth of India in the areas of Soft Skills Enhancement and Personality Development. In spite of having great technical skills, most youngsters in this country are found lacking basic communication skills – one of the main reasons why a large percentage of Indian graduates is considered “unemployable”. This lack of social skills affect not only job-seekers, but people in every strata of society. At Better Persona, we have made it a mission to train the people in this country the basic concepts of soft skills and image management that will make them more employable, sociable and confident.
