In his last role at Capgemini, Arnab led the SAP Digital Factory - Accelerated Delivery & Operations Center (ADOC), a premium innovation and delivery division of 650 best-in-class SAP professionals across India & United States. Prior to joining Capgemini, Arnab worked with the Indian arm of American Consulting firm Caritor/Keane (now NTT Data) for 2 years. This is where he started his SAP career, straight out of college and it was also here that he learned much of the leadership strategies he still embodies today.Apart from his professional roles, for a very long time, Arnab has been involved in many CSR activities partnering with leading NGOs/ Non-Profit trusts.
