Prepare weekly and monthly construction reports and POC for Management and Owner.

New Building Supervision of Four (4) 50K DWT MR Tanker in K-Shipbuilding, South Korea1. Review & witness of PQR, WPS & WPQ.2. Audit & review subcontractor prior to construction.3. Review & witness of material traceability inspection.4. Visual inspections of Hull & Outfitting Structures in conformance with specification & drawings during fabrication.5. Visual inspection of leak and tank testing during the block assembly and erection stage.6. Review the repair procedures for Hull & Outfitting.7. Witness of global dimension measurement and attend Sea Trials.8. Prepare weekly, monthly, and key milestone reports for the Head Office.9. Approving technical drawings in compliance with the shipbuilding contract and technical specifications10. Supervising new vessels construction to ensure compliance with the shipbuilding contract, technical specifications and approved drawings

Job description1. Planning dimensional inspection method and flow chart of each project.2. Prepare dimensional check drawing and checklist for every stage of production.3. Monitor dimensional check of various stage of production.4. Perform measurement using surveying tools such as Electronic Total Station, auto level, laser level, etc.5. Endorse dimensional report to meet the required tolerances and standards as per ITP.6. Assist engineering and production department to discuss proper remedial action in case out of tolerances.7. Prepare weekly and monthly inspection summary and pass rate analysis of each stage to highlight the raising dimension issue and future improvement suggestion.
