As the Operations Manager for luxury villa construction in Saint-Barthélemy, my work focuses on managing and supervising high-end architectural and design projects. Among my significant achievements, I have overseen the construction of an impressive complex consisting of four luxury villas, measuring 400 and 300 square meters respectively. In this project, I collaborated with the HOBO architectural firm, giving special attention to merging modern aesthetics with luxurious comfort. Additionally, I worked with renowned interior designer Tristan Auer, known for his keen sense of style and elegance, to give each villa a unique and sophisticated identity.My expertise also extends to the rehabilitation of luxury restaurants, as demonstrated by the project with the BAGATELLE St Barth restaurant. This project required a deep understanding of high-end interior design and effective coordination with various craftsmen and suppliers to turn the space into an elegant and welcoming dining area.Furthermore, I successfully completed the renovation of a 200 square meter, four-bedroom seaside villa. This project showcased my ability to enhance existing structures by modernizing them while preserving their original charm and character. My role includes planning and supervising all construction phases, managing budgets, coordinating with architects, designers, and contractors, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This expertise and vision enable the transformation of concepts into elegant and functional structures, thereby creating luxurious and unique spaces in Saint-Barthélemy.
