In 2011 we opened a second restaurant on The Bund in Shanghai, from four walls we created, design, thought a very nice, comfortable, warm venue, in charge of the opening of the kitchen and the restaurant, and always at the head of the other restaurants I took the position of F&B and was managing 2 restaurants (Floor & Kitchens). In 2012 opening of a third restaurant in Xintiandi area. From that moment I create a central kitchen and was managing 3 restaurants. This beautiful story would never happen without the support, the trust, the professionalism, the loyalty, the friendship we had in common with my general manager.
