I am creating and designing food menus of the recipes, manage the costs, yield, stock, deal with suppliers, source the products. Also in charge of the selection of wines for our wine bar. This beautiful adventure has lasted almost 10 years, in charge of the floor as a manager at first, staff training, selection of the wine list, organization of events, develop customers loyalty. In 2009 I took over the commands of the kitchen, menu design, dealing with suppliers, cooking staff training, recipes creation, costs, yield, stock management. Our professionalism about service, cooking, atmosphere and our management has attracted more and more new and regular customers. In 2011 we opened a second restaurant on The Bund in Shanghai, from four walls we created, design, thought a very nice, comfortable, warm venue, in charge of the opening of the kitchen and the restaurant, and always at the head of the other restaurants I took the position of F&B and was managing 2 restaurants (Floor & Kitchens). In 2012 opening of a third restaurant in Xintiandi area. From that moment I create a central kitchen and was managing 3 restaurants. This beautiful story would never happen without the support, the trust, the professionalism, the loyalty, the friendship we had in common with my general manager.
