• Project management of advanced purchasing quality activities ( Development of brand new Electrical compressor 400 & 800V) :- Coordinate activities of local (Europe) and regional (Northern America, China and Korea) SQAPs.- Attend weekly Project Development Team (PDT) meetings for European and American projects (Porsche PPE, VW MLB, Maserati MEB, Ferrari, Mc Laren, Lucid).- Weekly reporting to Project Manager. Reporting to monthly board reviews and Project gate reviews.• Deploy and manage Advanced Project Quality Planning (electrical brushless motors and inverters supplier) till start of production :- Establish potential suppliers risk assessments.- Submit quality sourcing recommendations.- Lead Technical Review Meetings (TRM) & Contract Review Meetings (CRM) with multidisciplinary suppliers and internal development teams(US).- Ensure product qualification (PPAP approvals) in coordination with manufacturing plant (Hungary).- Plan and carry out supplier process audits as per VDA6.3 and Run at Rates (R@R) till process qualification (release for production).• Management of Technical changes and resourcing activities (Electromechanical control valves & HPRV):- Coordinate technical changes in production phase. - Manage resourcing activities (Korea, France and Japan). - Qualify suppliers products and processes prior release for production.

• Deploy Advanced Project Quality Planning (APQP) Manage APQP till SOP :- Establish potential suppliers risk assessments.- Lead Technical Review Meetings (TRM) and Contract Review Meetings (CRM) with multidisciplinary suppliers and internal development teams (Luxembourg and Stuttgart).- Ensure product qualification (PPAP approvals) in coordination with manufacturing plants (Germany, France, Mexico, Brasil, USA, Spain, South Africa ).- Plan and carry out supplier assessment as per VDA6.3 process audits and Run at Rates (R@R) till process qualification ( release for production).• Project coordination of advanced purchasing quality activities.- Manage supplier quality readiness during development phase.- Report supplier APQP status to Project manager (HVAC PSA R8).- Coordinate activities with advanced supplier quality Engineers.

- Project coordination of advanced purchasing quality activities (commodity buyers, AQE and Project Development Teams) - Manage timing and report sourcing activities to Project Development Team. - Deploy Advanced Project Quality Planning (APQP): blower motors, Brushless CRFM motors, control head. - Develop new suppliers in China (control head, control box, radiator gasket seals). Support product development with Engineering department. Lead implementation of best practices for assembly processes.- Develop electronic Production Part Approval Process package (e-PPAP File) and deploy e-approval across European organization (Luxembourg, Poland and Slovakia).

- Special assignment to Best Cost Country Sourcing (Identification & assessment of potential suppliers)- Coordinate resourcing activities with commodity managers and buyers. - Transfer 40% of supply base from Western Europe and North America to Eastern Europe (Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey) and China.

Manage Seal foam portfolio. Define sourcing strategy for foams seals. Negotiate prices for multi-year contracts. Integrate a new major supplier In Best Cost country (Turkey). Coordinate validation of new foam materials with Engineering department. Source Foam package for WV T5 evolution 2 program.

- Secure project launch of New A3300 PTC module. - Coordinate and facilitate transfer, settling & integration of supplier production line (co-manufacturing) for intercoolers in Delphi Plant. - Identify, assess and develop new local supplier sources. - Deploy quality tools and best practices to improve quality performance of local Supply base. - Coach local Supplier quality Engineers.

- Development of new supply base- Coordinate sourcing activities for new component (brushless motors, hoses, electrical wiring harnesses).

- Management of Advanced Product Quality Planning till PPAP approval.- Manage prototype components sourcing, purchase and supply. - Manage purchasing activities related to technical changes (cost and timing) prior SOP. - Support Manufacturing plant (Poland) PPAP approval. Provide monthly on site support to ensure smooth start of production.

- Manage quality of critical supplier (control heads, power modules).Assess new potential suppliers, provide buyer with sourcing recommendations.- Represent Purchasing quality function in Project Development Team: assure smooth start of production of critical suppliers in contact with customer.- Assignment as resident quality Engineer (3 months) at supplier location to monitor quality improvements of a critical supplier.

- Manage supplier quality in production phase values streams HVAC and CRFM.- Issue problem cases. Track problem solving (5 phase) till closure. - Issue Pareto Analysis for chemical and mechanical components to prioritize focus. - Plan and Conduct Annual supplier assessment as per ISO 9000 and QS 9000 & Assess potential suppliers prior sourcing recommendations. Perform process audits.- Manage filing of PPAP files. Define delegation of control to supplier as per quality achievements.

- Define commodity strategy and award long term contracts. - Negotiate contract prices, payment, delivery and warranty terms. - Portfolio: metal strips, machined parts, plastic cinematics parts, welding and brazing material, packaging. APV 2,5 M€ (57 suppliers, 275 parts). - Supplier sourcing little components program Renault Twingo

- Conduct market analysis: little plastic parts, metal strips, aluminum tubes, solder and welding pastes.- Negotiate prices, payment and delivery terms. Conduct benchmark and renew blanket orders. - Assure Customer contact for after sales service part : planning supplier orders, organize shipping orders to customer.
