Responsible of implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) from Apriso for Lean Material Management and to coordinate technical and functional upgrades: 30 plants under my scope across the world.- Project leader for the implementation of MES Apriso: successful go-lives for 2 plants in Puerto Rico, 1 plant in Quebec, 1 plant in North Carolina, 1 plant in China. On-going project for 1 plant in Singapore. Successful go-live for an MES capabilities extension project for 1 plant in Germany.- Coordinator of the technical upgrade from Apriso 9.6 to 2019: successful go-lives for 11 plants across the world.- Coordinator of 15 functional major enhancements and 30+ functional minor enhancements.

Responsible for analysing demands from Business as well as the delivery of IT solutions for Plant Maintenance functional area for the manufacturing plants of the BD Company.

• Responsible of the Manufacturing Execution & Plant Maintenance Business processes:- Support of the Super Users network of the PS plants: Columbus East (US), Cuautitlan (MX), Pont de Claix (FR), Tatabanya (HU), Swindon (GB), Suzhou 2 (CN), leading of bi-monthly meetings, initial triage of issues/questions and escalation to the WW BDX IT team if needed.- Management of the enhancements of the IT systems: building of the business cases rationale, contribution to the design sessions and execution of the validation tests. - Implementation of the SAP Plant maintenance module & ShopPrint (Labels and Batch records printing) for Suzhou 2 plant: training of the Business project team, support for the configuration localization, the master data creation & the validation tests execution.- Development of VBA macro tools to mass manage master data / transactional data and to automate reporting & metrics, training and support of the users on these tools.- Management of the processes’ optimization/harmonization across the PS plants. - Sharing of the overview status and the on-going activities with the PS leadership team. - Writing of the User Requirement Specification for a mobile application for plant maintenance, benchmark of the applications available in the market & the related costs.• Coordinator of spare parts initiatives as part of the PS change to win program:- Identification of opportunities: best practices implementation, price harmonization, vendor change, lot size & safety stock optimization, 3D Printing.- Follow-up of the action plan and calculation of the cost savings: 3M$ of savings into consideration.

• PS Core team member for the SAP upgrade from R/3 to ECC for 3 European plants:- Track leader of all activities related to data migration, security profiles assignment and user training: project methodology implementation, progress follow-up & issue escalation.- Global process leader for Manufacturing Execution and Plant Maintenance: supervision & coordination of the Site process leaders activities of the 3 plants.- Back up of the project manager• Project leader for the implementation of IT Systems for a new plant in China (SAP & MES): workshops led on the planning and the design of the applications• Key contributor of the WW PS process integrators network re-organization: interviews to establish the AS IS situation, benchmark of the other BD Business Units, proposals on the TO BE organization.• WW project leader on IT applications for Manufacturing:- Technical & functional upgrades of a Batch record and labelling printing application: writing of the validation documentation, supervision of the subcontractor for the application development, execution of the technical testing, supervision of the Business for the functional testing.- Harmonization of the design of the Equipment performance monitoring application for PS: co-leading of workshops with representatives of 4 plants, writing of the global design, follow-up of the implementation.- Decommission of Lotus Notes databases: gap analysis, training of the users on the new applications.- Implementation of the SAP Plant Maintenance module for the Prefill Business Unit.• Subject matter expert on SAP reporting tools (BW/BI/WEBI): creation of new reports based on Business needs, training and support of the users.• PS SAP release coordinator as part of the upgrade of Internet explorer, Adobe, SAP ECC version: testing activities coordination & issues escalation.

• Responsible of the Manufacturing Execution, Plant Maintenance & Toolcrib for the SAP upgrade from R/3 to ECC for Pont de Claix plant:- Formalization through A2 flowcharts & improvements of the Business processes.- Localization of the SAP ECC configuration.- Gap analysis with regards to the SAP ECC global design for BD.- Data analysis & cleansing in SAP R/3 to prepare the data migration.

• Business Owner for Plant Maintenance for the implementation of SAP in 2 French plants of the FBFC division:- Gap analysis with regards to the SAP design for the COMBUSTIBLE Business Unit.- Data conversion management from the previous IT System: MOVEX.- Writing of the User Acceptance Tests in HPQC, support of the key users for the testing.- Work Process Roles mapping to the end users.- Writing of the training materials and leading of the training: 100 end users.- Support of the key users during the hypercare period.• Training leader for this implementation:- Follow-up of the training materials writing and building of the training profiles.- Preparation of the SAP Training environment.- Planning of the trainings: 400 users and follow-up: attendance sheets, satisfaction survey.

• Training leader for the implementation of SAP in 5 French plants of the CEZUS division: 500 users.• Manufacturing Business expert for the SAP support of the AREVA Business units in France:- Formalization of the Business processes for Manufacturing through A4 flowcharts: Master data, Planning, Quality, Production and Plant Maintenance management.- Execution of the validation tests for the SAP enhancement or corrective requests.

Change management leader for the global design and implementation of SAP in 2 US plants of the FUEL AMERICA division:- Design, on-line publishing & follow-up of the project website with the PubliGen IT System.- Writing of the training materials for the Manufacturing functional area: 2 months spent inLynchburg (US).

Leader of a Statistical Process Control pilot in 2 machining workshops:- Implementation of the SPC Vision IT System, training and support of the operators.- Results analysis, action plans definition, implementation and follow-up.

Design and manufacturing of a 4-wheeled, remote controlled robot-cow to ease horses’ training for cowboys’ competitions.
