Team Leader of the SoDT New Core Banking team

Fully assigned on a program related to Core Banking.My role primarily consisted of coordinating the delivery work of external vendors and the multiple involved ING departments.

Fully assigned on an initiative to move from the 'aging' legacy securities platform toward an outsourcing model.My position progressively evolved during the course of the program:- First as member of the program management office, supporting the program manager in managing the scope, planning and budget.- Then as IT delivery manager, orchestrating the work of the vendor and the different ING IT domains.

2 main roles:- Project Manager IT on the continuity projects of the ING SoDC Retail Securities department- Program Manager Officer in charge of setting up a PMO structure within the ING SoDC Retail Securites department

In the context of the strategic program of Euroclear, I played the role of Off-Site Coordinator.The Off-Site Coordinator was acting as the interface between the local client teams and the development teams in India:- Facilitating the communication between both parties;- Managing the delivery of the offshore teams.During this assignment, I stayed 2 months in Chennai (India) to support the development teams.

Euroclear partnered with Accenture to benefit from its offshore development capabilities. The project consisted of setting up the Indian delivery center to support the client’s strategic programs.I took an important part in the creation of the operating model defining the way of delivering in a distributed work environment, compliant with the CMMi standards & Prince 2 principles.

End-2-end responsible for modifying/standardizing the IT Asset Management tool accross the Euroclear Group.In charge of all delivery steps of the standard V-model (from requirements gathering until production deployment).
