Plant buyer :* Plant suppliers management on daily basis - discrepencies of prices PO / Invoices, support to any quality / logistic issue* Plant material cost performance monitoring - forecast of financial benifits, monthly follow up* Part of the steering commiteeProgram buyer :* Part of the Product Team, my role is to quote all parts of the program, and make sure to hit global product target for part price & tooling* Responsible of supplier nomination - decision with the product team, recommendation to management, technical meeting with suppliers* Owner of tool launch activity, and follow up until 1° parts samples delivered on time.Part of the S3M Eco program, which recieved Ecotech award from PSA.

* Responsible of complete products modification of the plant* Take in charge any request, from any department, about any program of the plant* Pluri-disciplinary team meeting to manage the design changes (design / customer quality / supplier quality / purchase / manufacturing eng. / production / logistics)* Strategic decisions on modification launches* Supplier management, quotation / modification launch & follow up / samples submission / SOP* Budget built to support modifications, cost follow up, supplier payment authorisations*Customer presentation of the changes- with design support : technical approval from customer to launch, timing plan approval (samples submission to fit customers modification "windows")- with sales support : financial approval from customer (cost improvement / cost support for customer driven changes)* Processus ISO TS 16949 "Design Modification Management", the one sollicited for ISO TS certification / renewal audits* Part of the team that developed / improved the standard Inteva IT tool for change management
