• Financial Control (Actual & Forecast), Consolidation and P&L global analysis – 50 M$ OPEX and 20 M$ CAPEX • Distribution Costs and Contracts monitoring for TV and Digital• Suivi des frais techniques liés aux contrats de distribution TV, Vidéo et VOD• Préparation of Business Plans ((New Projects, Studies, Ad-hoc Analyses)• Monthly presentation to the board of directors, financial management in Paris and to the GT&O financial management based in the US and UK• Support to Legal Department (Financial Covenants, Negotiations)• KPI Forecast & Analysis (Subs, CPA, Lifetime value, Shifts, etc.…)• Managing People (Managing one FP&A Analyst)

• Design and implement the budget, costs/revenues allocations and forecast process• Train the Paris FP&A team on EPM (tool for consolidating and analyzing the P&L)• Build automated Excel analysis and presentation tools with EPM – Improve the reliability and fasten the P&L analysis by regions and departments• Ad-hoc analysis (Staff costs trends, monitoring of the optimization plans, presentation delivered to the CEO, CFO and other internal customers• Participate to the monthly group P&L variances analysis and comments

• Financial Control (Actual & Forecast), Consolidation and P&L global analysis – 8 subsidiaries to deal with• Monitoring of the Eurosport’s rebranding project• Monitoring of the Barter contracts and their accounting treatment• Control the Intercompany re-invoicing process (in close relation with the accounting department)• Work on the cash flow forecast• Train the operational on SAP (Pay to Pay and Invoicing process)• Managing People (Managing one FP&A Analyst)

• Financial consolidation and Group P&L analysis (7 TV channels, Distribution revenues and costs, Content and Digital activities)• Automation of the group reporting with BW (tool for consolidating and analyzing the P&L)• Ad-hoc analysis as part of the Eurosport company’s acquisition by Discovery Channel Group
