Those content ended up published online to Minecraft store and Microsoft education stores.2) I was the PM owner for maintaining and improving the back end services for Microsoft's Movies&TV services - From integrating movies and their metadata, to delivering the protected (DRM) video file to the end-user thanks to CDN (Content Delivery Network) and licensing once purchased.3) and more recently (last 2-ish years), I'm shipping features for the Windows store, in the movie and game areas. Many of those require both back-end and front-end work that I'm driving.For all above, I write down the specifications documents which contain context, goal, justification for the work, requirements, how we will test / deploy / measure success, etc...Once the spec is approved, I am driving internal partners mainly such as developers, business, marketing, legal and security teams (who actually all approved the spec), in US (East and West), India, China and Europe. - Move encoded files ingestion from music labels, to lossless files ingestion + automated internal encoding, quality check, and DRM- Cache synchronization with Akamai, Limelight (Content Delivery Networks) to fasten content delivery to end-user and off-load origin servers- Simplify delivery flow to fasten content delivery (new APIs)- Royalty reporting to rights owners, and Business Intelligence

- Editorial content integration from music labels + AMG- Hand over Zune back-end platform from MediaNet to Musiwave=> Specifications + follow up on matching databases content based on text (artist, title,label name,...), IDs from music industry (UPC, ISRC, GRID)

Program manager - Editorial content integration (artists biographies, concerts events, albums reviews … from MusicStory, Que Pasa, …) - Internal back office requirements definition - MP3 format migration from standard license to a proprietary licenseScrum master - with teams working on content topics (OLAP cubes for reporting to labels and publishers, back office, media encoding ingestion,...)

- Coordination with development, ingestion, content acquisition teams, and account project managers to have music labels content delivered on time for services launches.- Once service is launched, follow-up with mobile operators (principally Orange, TMobile) for media content related topics (new labels, new formats, issues, ...)

- 5 persons team management- Coordination with music labels (SonyBMG, Warner,…) and music label providers to ingest media content

- 14 persons team management- 14 personnalized products (Audio, Video, Graphic)- Products innovations implementation (new formats and media content processing to stick to mobile phones compatibilities)- Handsets testing- Online services content management(started in the team as sound enginner with editing and creating media content)

- Concerts recording (recording + mix for orchestras + small groups)- Commercials editing for broadcast
