My main mission as "Head of Software Quality" is to ensure the quality of all software development overseeing: ➡️ 4 QA and DevOPs teams➡️ 1 Security Expert, 1 dev lead in charge of Support Level 3. ➡️ Direct management of 3 QA Managers, 4 seniors engineers and indirect management of up to 25 engineers.Other missions: ¤ Continuous improvement of development process (adapt Scrum methodology to medical constraints, Git migration, automate nightly, Sonaar analysis etc etc)¤ Implementation of the tactic to support the transition from the OnPrem product platform to SaaS / PaaS mainly regarding organizational aspects (recruitment, coaching).¤ Coaching, mentoring, empowering teams to improve team productivity and creativity.¤ Implementation of KPIs through a predictive analysis framework (based on ADOS API request and PowerBi) to improve the development team’s velocity, monitor the progress of projects, etc.

¤ Management of software projects (in charge of development and verification for the flagship products and implementing automated tests), reporting to the Director of Software.¤ Technical interface with project managers, system engineers, architects, developers and testers.

In charge of the Software Verification (team of 10 people) for the flagship products (DataCaptor Solution), referring to the Head of Software Development.============================Contributions:¤ Led software test activities for over 10 projects and teams of around 10 Software Test engineers during test planning, design, reporting and improving the test process.¤ Build a Software Verification team (technical oriented) resulting of a split of the Verification and Validation team (system-oriented).¤ Improving the test process by integrating and adapting new verification methodologies based on Scrum and adapted to regulated medical environment.¤ Improving the quality and coverage of verification based on a better understanding of software design result of close collaboration with the Software Development team.¤ Migration test sheets in Microsoft Test Management in TFS 2010 database.¤ Implementation of automatic tests.¤ Involvement in the recruitment process of dev and QA teams.

¤ Updating and following verification plan.¤ Tools development (Python, batch, VBS, VBA) integrated into tests procedures.¤ Executing tests.

¤ In charge of the validation for all Morpho project developments outsourced by Incka (IT consulting company).

Validation of the Full Authority Digital Electronic Controller (FADEC) software requirements for the SaM146 turbojet.

Validation of A400M gyrolaser inertial navigation system requirements.

¤ Software design of the SaM146 controller, CSAS party.¤ Development on Matlab - Simulink, Library creation and update.

Development of a navigation board for divers (writing technical documents, specifications, technical specifications of requirements, creation of IHM module, localization signal management etc.).
