I started my carrier at Decathlon in May 2021, starting in the custom workshop. I quickly enjoyed the entrepreneurship and fast-growing culture of the company. I made the first step by managing the planning and numbers of the custom and bike workshop. In may 2021, I took the hat of Communication Leader for Decathlon Evere alongside doing Design Missions inside the company. Now I am excusively focusing on the design project management and the execution of it.

Of all the media sales houses in Belgium, IP is the one that practices its activities within the largest range of media: TV, Radio, Press and New Media. The Diversification is a small commercial department with a large range of activities. Thanks to the size and the polyvalence of the Diversification, my duties were constantly in evolution.I started on the customer relationship tasks such as post event management, interactives contests,... continuing with marketing presentation and commercial meeting and finishing with a business analyst approach of the department. Description: Carbon 12011 provides a large range of services from event creation and management to brand licensing. Some of our key clients include: ING, FedEx, and Shell.As an assistant project manager, I am responsible for researching and sourcing vendors for outsourced services. In other words, identify the needs of the client, prepare and communicate a brief of the services required to the vendor, and finally to compile, report and analyse the offers, including all costs and taxes, for a final selection by the client. Since we are working with tight deadlines, I am able to work well under stress and able to take initiative to get things done.
