Within the OPER/GED division in charge of post-trade operations initiated by the front-office (middle & back-offices dedicated to equity derivatives)- Managed projects related new products and business cresated by the FOeg : Accounting review of 31 deals composed of Prepaid-forwards ans Equity Linked Swapseg : Conducted a situation analysis before update of Business Unit masterfileeg : Creation of pricer to check the Initial Margin Requirement on futures and options invoiced by KDPW (Polish Depositary)eg : Accounting review of deals made on 90 Proprietary Indexes

Within Thalès ERP direction, which centralized at national level the administrative organization and accounting tasks of 22 countries’ stores, I successively had the following responsibilities:§ Business Design : I collected the procurement decision makers and managers' needs and requirements for reporting improvements, system solutions to purchase general expenses on cross-docking and stock-picking models. I wrote the design and functional specifications. I also tested the developpments from a business point of view. I gave support and training to business managers.

§ Managed 3 people in charge of indicators, procedures and organisation quality.§ Management of PeopleSoft cross-process projects :I coordinated Process Managers to write the business design of two cross-process projects :oSubsidiaries’ merger application software : aimed at automating the selection and treatment of purchasing, invoicing and accounting data while keeping the consistency between modules.oCarrefour’s Franchisees : aimed at defining how Carrefour's transactions with its franchised stores could be integrated into the Thalès system.

§ Managed up to 10 hot-line analysts covering 12 European countries and 70% of Carrefour's users.§ As Security expert and PeopleSoft functional expert, I also was the first level of escalation. § Recruited analysts and other desks' team leaders

§ Management and training of the newly created Asian support team.§ Writing of Department’s work procedures.§ PeopleSoft functional support to end users.
