I contributed to building an innovative product that integrates an intelligent and automated conversation and audience engine to help brands convert their social audience into customers.As a lead developer, I spearheaded the development of the new architecture (microservices and event driven approach) leveraging the AWS serverless offer. This allowed us to create a resilient high-load solution capable of handling drastic fluctuations in inbound requests per minute (ranging from tens to tens of thousands).I also managed a team of three developers, providing guidance on daily tasks and monitoring project timelines to ensure on-time delivery. In the absence of a PO/PM role at Drop, I worked closely with the CPTO to discuss upcoming features, assess feasibility, technical complexity, and organizational impact. I led and participated in technical design and backlog management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. I supported the customer success team in troubleshooting and mitigating customer issues, enhancing user satisfaction and product reliability. Additionally, I contributed to backend and frontend feature development (NodeJS / React), driving innovation and improving product functionality.

As part of the company’s digital transformation, I helped design and implement a new microservices cloud-based architecture using .NET and Azure. I led two feature teams during this time. For instance, I managed a team of four software engineers and one product owner to work on a mission-critical application for all French football clubs. This application acted as an access control service, securing sensitive data access for various other services.In parallel, I led the development of core infrastructure components used by other feature teams and across all microservices. I also established DevOps best practices, including implementing CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and effective monitoring.
