He is responsible for leading the development of the Business Advisory division, managing strategic projects, and overseeing teams to deliver tailored and effective recommendations that help clients optimize their payment processes and improve customer experiences.In addition to his role at Fime, Arnaud is actively involved in several key industry organizations:- Board Member and former Secretary General of nexo standards: Contributing to global payment standards based on ISO 20022.- Representative of the nexo community at the European Payment Stakeholders Group (EPSG): Engaging with European payment stakeholders.- President of EESTEL (European Experts in Digital Transactions): Promoting innovation in digital transactions across Europe.- Member of Mercatel: Working with the French Merchant Association on payments-related matters.- Member of France Payment Forum: Participating in discussions within the French payments industry.Arnaud’s career is characterized by a practical approach to solving industry challenges and a strong commitment to advancing the payments ecosystem through his professional and organizational roles.Prior to joining Fime, Arnaud held several leadership roles, including Global Head of Payments at Auchan Retail Group, CEO of ASAP (a reverse factoring financing company), as well as senior positions at American Express Group and Ingenico, where he developed a strong foundation in payments strategy and execution.
