As the Creative Services Manager for the PALLADIUM brand at K-Swiss Global Brands, my role involved overseeing the creation and delivery of creative materials for all communication channels, including internal and external communication, retail, digital content, and brand campaigns.My primary responsibilities included maintaining the art direction and visual integrity of the PALLADIUM brand, interpreting creative and strategic briefs to develop relevant communication tools, creating visual communication content for sales phases while considering seasonal agendas, managing product and marketing imagery, and delivering materials to markets and distributors worldwide.I played a key role in the process of streamlining access to all the assets we shared with global markets through the development of an ad-hoc digital asset management system (DAM).In addition, I was responsible for preparing creative briefs and budgets, as well as managing creative partners, suppliers, and freelancers to ensure high-quality production of projects, including accompanying them on photo and video shoots.

My key responsibilities included modernizing and continually updating the brand image, devising and designing online and offline communication strategies, designing the website and overseeing its integration, creating video montages, designing event stands, and producing marketing tools for the company.

As a partner in a branding agency in China, I worked in various industries, from luxury to IT.
