• Implementation and use of engineering and projects management process for the plant: complete documentation from feasibility study to mass production, including full milestones system.• Active support to the Sales Department in order to develop and maintain the best possible relationship with customers, from quotation release to mass production (customer’s improvement circles).• Active support to the Purchasing and Quality departments in the selection and the validation of suppliers and sub-contractors by performing audits (process and system).• Active support to the Central Quality department to perform system’s quality audits to the other plants.• Active support to the Production department for continuous improvement during product lifetime.• Implementation and follow-up of KPIs for the department and the process.• Providing management and support to staff members (technicians) and motivating them.

• Managing multidisciplinary projects including follow-up of budgets and targets.• Actively involved from feasibility study (technical and financial) to mass production, including implementation of all necessary equipments to produce the parts and follow-up of suppliers and sub-contractors.• Full supply chain responsibilities (customers and suppliers), up to 3 months after SOP.• Collaborating with professionals and third parties (customers and suppliers).• Working hard to keep a close conjunction with key representatives to improve chances of getting new business and technical improvements for production cost reduction purposes.• Set-up and follow-up of action plans to obtain technical or financial improvements.• Providing management and support to staff members (engineers and technicians) and motivating them.

• Use of numerical computation to optimize the production process of forged parts.• Participation to various R&D projects for numerical computation, under the supervision of the French Ministry of Industry, firstly as participant and after as responsible for a full group of industrials and academics (follow-up meetings for task completion, budgets, etc ...).• Improvement of production costs.
