I have been happily bringing innovative web technologies to live for the greater part of a decade now.Web development is my passion, the "Startup way" is the way I like to work : 200%.I have done a lot of R&D when I worked at RichRSS and I continued at Synthesio. I find hacking my way through high level technical challenges very satisfying. During these years, I discovered myself a good out of the box thinker.On the top of my technical expertise, I have developed good management skills. I have successfully built teams from scratch, taught and managed the team members and make them adopt agile work methods. I also have experience with remote workers and I have been in charge of a team composed of people from 3 different countries, speaking different languages and working remotely.For my current project, Bricolons.fr, I have put on the "Entrepreneur hat" for the second time of my career. I have a lot of ideas and from time to time, one of them happens to look disruptive enough to get me interested and profitable enough to be worth the risk... So I go for it ! What can I say, I just love challenges !I really enjoy these experiences where I have so many more aspects of the project to manage on top of the technical part.
