As a member of the Business Insights team, my primary responsibility is to empower business areas with key indicators to support agile and effective decision-making. Our team provides regular reports to area managers and the steering committee, ensuring that they have the insights needed to drive strategy.My main role focuses on understanding business needs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of available data across departments (operations, customer service, finance, sales, etc.), and analyzing this data to deliver relevant and actionable insights.Additional responsibilities include: - Coordinating a cross-functional team with diverse skill sets to achieve project goals. - Ensuring seamless collaboration between our team and other departments, including Product Owners (POs). - Developing the team’s project roadmap in alignment with the manager to prioritize key initiatives. - Reviewing and establishing internal processes to optimize workflows and efficiency.

Tracking of incidences until they are solved.
