After graduating from ETSEIB School of Industrial Engineering in Barcelona in 2003, I relocated to Ripoll for a new job opportunity. Little did I know then, it marked the beginning of a substantial career in ventilation. Initially, I spent a year and a half at a leading company's Laboratory and R&D Department, where I honed my technical expertise in ventilation. However, my career trajectory took an unexpected turn when I was offered a position in export sales management. Over the span of 7 years at the second company, I significantly increased the turnover in export sales through the expansion of our distributor network.Currently, I am employed at SODECA, where since 2011, I have been Export Manager for France, Turkey, the Middle East, Russian-speaking countries, and North Africa. SODECA's impressive growth trajectory has afforded me the opportunity to contribute to its success, a responsibility I deeply cherish.My responsibilities often require me to navigate interactions with individuals from diverse backgrounds, with varying working styles and educational experiences. Patience and empathy are intrinsic to my approach, as I believe in understanding and respecting diverse perspectives. While seizing opportunities swiftly and assertively is sometimes necessary, my primary focus lies in cultivating a dependable network of partners that ensures sustained sales growth and fosters the enduring recognition of the SODECA brand.
