Project Manager
CurrentResponsibilities:- End-to-End Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, including estimating, planning, execution, and maintenance.- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the development team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.- Project Management Tools: Utilize Jira for project planning, task management, sprint planning, and timesheet reporting.- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document client requirements to ensure project alignment.- Team Management: Lead and coordinate development teams, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and conducting daily stand-ups.- Quality Assurance: Participate in QA and manual testing to ensure project quality.- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular status reports, time logs, and project documentation.- Administrative Tasks: Manage project administration, including user access, group management, and billing.- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize internal procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.- HR Collaboration: Work closely with the HR department to develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding procedures.- Day-Off App Management: Oversee the setup and maintenance of the day-off app, ensuring its smooth operation and accuracy.- Executive Coordination: Collaborate with the CEO to identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes.Skills:- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Jira and other project management tools- Analytical and problem-solving abilities- Attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
