During the summer after 11th grade, I taught little kids how to play basic table tennis strokes and improve, making them excited to continue playing and connecting with them as not only a table tennis coach but also as a mentor and (slightly-older) friend. I also collaborated with other coaches to plan lessons based on drills and timings.

I was able to promote service member safety by creating a GUI to analyze brain signals and evaluate members' mental states. I learned about FFT and how to apply it, working on my programming skills and making a difference at the military level simultaneously. I also created a web app for clients to design chips, and I learned about chip components.

I learned how to communicate with patients formally, about insurance benefits and eligibility, and about dental practice software. I ensured the practice ran smoothly and that patients stayed happy. At first I was nervous, but after some time, I got excellent experience working in a professional environment.

I was a summer software-engineering intern. I researched NLP and applied it to create and optimize auto-fill functionality for handicapped people. I created a website to showcase the auto-fill algorithm. I also worked on converting the website into some sort of AR tool for handicapped people to use. From this, I became more adept at researching.
