I am a business student at the University of Washington, pursuing a bachelor's degree in commerce. I have a keen interest in proptech and generative AI, and how they can transform the real estate and creative industries. I have gained valuable experience and skills as an intern at MarketsandMarkets™, a leading research and consulting firm, and as a founder and president of Vikas-Ifi, a social awareness campaign that promotes digital education.As an intern at MarketsandMarkets™, I worked directly under the CFO and assisted in strategy related to generative AI and the firm's positions on this emerging technology. I conducted market research, analyzed trends and opportunities, and prepared reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. I also learned about the proptech sector and how it can leverage generative AI to create innovative solutions for real estate challenges. As a founder and president of Vikas-Ifi, I initiated and led a campaign that raised awareness and funds for digital education in rural areas. I worked with a Member of Parliament and other high post officials, as well as local communities and NGOs, to design and implement online learning programs and platforms. I raised more than 1.5 lakh rupees for this cause and reached over 10,000 students and teachers. I am passionate about using my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on society and the environment, and I am eager to join an organization that shares this vision and values.
