- Actively create a coaching plan for red, orange, and green ball groups (3-16)- Analyse and assist advanced squad players in improving technical and tactical elements of the game- Assist in operating weekly competitions with a specific focus on scouting skilled and talented players- Assist the Head coach in running adult programs and social tennis to encourage active participation in the community- Ensure that all Workplace Health & Safety procedures are followed and that necessary levels of First Aid equipment are available

- Provide on-court coaching according to the programs developed by the head coach.- Ensure the health and safety of all participants - Ensure high standards of customer service and quality programs are always maintained. - Liaise with parents regarding the behavior and development of their children and respond to any queries

- Responsible for stock management by identifying low stock, raising purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors for deliveries- In charge of customer relationship management, dealt with difficult situations, and ensured a high customer satisfaction rate- Responsible for reviewing daily reports which included refunds, exchanges, orders, and deliveries- Responsible for effectively handling cash and presenting accurate shift reports and balance sheets after the end of the shift
