It combines the strengths of established and leading-edge approaches like Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Agile, Biomimicry, Systems Thinking, and Behavioral Economics to guide people and organizations toward future-readiness and help them transform in volatile times.I am an energetic blend of a neuroscientist, serial entrepreneur, business coach, author, restless athlete, and passionate human being. I hold a PhD in neuroscience and have specialist backgrounds in biomimicry (bio-inspired innovation), future skills, design thinking, agile, exponential organizations, and organizational development. As the initiator of the Hybrid Thinking approach, I design, curate, and facilitate co-creative change strategies & programs to help organizations transition into a new mindset and organization logic. I combine technical and analytical knowledge with human cognitive and intuitive behavior and creative approaches to create sustainable and scalable solutions in a complex and exponential world.
