All my life I have worked with creating customer relationships.I am a ''hunter'' - but at the same time I understand the importance of timing and building relationships. I am patient and ambitious - and care about finding the right solution for the customer.I do not find the right solutions by using theories from the textbooks or other sale psychology. Ultimately, successful selling for me is about 4 things:- To see the situation from the customer's point of view (had I chosen to invest in the product myself).- To know the benefits and limitations of your product. - Being yourself, the chemistry between customer and supplier applies both ways. - Persistence: create value for the customer when they are mature/ready to make the decision. ERP project sales, Microsoft Power platform, AI, etc.: I have developed to work with solution-oriented sales. It is not always that the product is created in advance - but must be created to meet the customer's needs. That's something we can do at twoday. I have more than 10 years of experience with solution-oriented sales, where I work hard with my colleagues to deliver good IT projects. We do not rely on specific industries at twoday. We are strong in both the public and private sectors: - Energy & Utilities - Manufacturing - Retail - Trading companies The solutions are viewed in a different way now than before; The solution does not necessarily have to be found in Business Central alone - it is often an interaction with Microsoft's other products such as PowerBI, Powerapps, Web, etc. I am proud to be part of twoday, where I can honestly say that we have experts in each Business Unit.
