•Performed work such as; electrical (including cat 5 and cable wiring), plumbing, basic heating and duct work, sheet rock, texture, painting(interior/exterior), all types of flooring, installation of cabinets, trim work (windows, doors, fireplace mantles, baseboard, crown molding), framing, roofing.•Coordinate with subcontractors to complete additions, remodels in a timely manner, maintaining an attention to detail & quality, while keeping costs to a minimum in all jobs.•Achieve and surpass codes and regulations to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.•Negotiate costs with suppliers and sub-contractors to strengthen profitability of all key projects.
