I lead a team of 7 insurance professionals across two office locations that strive to uncover and meet the needs of our clients. We work to differentiate ourselves from our competitors by providing personal, home town service and operating with transparency.Both Agency Offices are notable in our territory for our sales production.In addition to administrative responsibilities, including recruitment, payroll, human resources, training, and marketing, I am also passionate about meeting with and educating clients on their life insurance needs and collaborating with them to put in place the perfect protection.

Managing a team of servers and hosts in both successfully providing exemplary service and maintaining cleanliness standards. Experienced in both Revel and Toast POS systems, including programming back end Toast features including floor plans, menus, and employee account information. Experienced in Tock reservation system software.
