AS is a chronic disease of the lower back and the disease causes joint inflammation of the spine and pelvis, ultimately leading to fusion of the spine. My project investigated what the effect of certain point mutations is on the general function of the ERAAP protein, and how this could explain the association of ERAAP with AS.

The Discovery Festival was a progressive nightlife festival, focused on the thrill of discovering new things: new art, new science, and new music.
