My work is building organizations for the future and making change happen in high-stake transformations. As a senior partner in McKinsey, I co-lead our Organization Practice across Europe, our global Culture & Change offering, and Aberkyn (McKinsey's dedicated leadership and change facilitation arm) . Over the last 7 years i was leading our Organization work across Asia-Pacific, from which i just returned to The Netherlands. In this role I work across sectors, such as banking, telecommunications, energy, consumer goods, airlines, healthcare and the public sector,to develop comprehensive transformation programs that shift strategy, change performance, and improve organizational health. In over two decades at McKinsey, I have helped hundreds of top teams and thousands of executives hone and expand their leadership skills to make change happen. I am based in The Netherlands and Malaysia - and built extensive experience across Asia, Europe and the Middle East in the >20 years I serve leading clients with McKinsey in these geographies. As an expert, I was part of the teams writing the books - Beyond Performance 2.0, Reorg, Mobilizing Minds, and Blue Ocean Strategy and have authored multiple McKinsey Quarterly articles. Passionate about education, I founded leerKRACHT Foundation - working with teachers in ca 1500 Dutch schools to improve educational outcomes through teachers. I also supported the Dutch Moroccan Leadership Institute, worked with a network of schools for gifted children, and have helped strategy development for several universities including the launch of the Indian School of Business.
