•Responsible for performing tasks in support of engineering and manufacturing of the Company’s kinetic energy storage systems including but not limited to taking precision measurements with tools and instrumentation, data acquisition and plotting, process traveler and assembly verification, equipment maintenance, fabrication and inventory tracking.•Keep equipment in good working order by performing regular inspection, cleaning, servicing along with routine and preventative maintenance to make sure the machine or process never breaks down.•Routine operation of equipment including inspection, cleaning, and maintenance in accordance with operational instructions.•Provide regular productivity reports, and incident reports if an accident occurs.•Perform vacuum pump Preventive Maintenance for rotary vane and scroll type vacuum pump.•Perform SOP revision depending on Engineering and Manufacturing request. •Create and revise drawing of jigs for production use. •Safety Officer 2•Safety Orientation on newly hired employee and contractors.Incident report TrackingSafety Audit on Production Floor.

•Responsible for all aspects of production, including equipment set-up and maintenance.•Follows manufacturer’s instructions, engineering specifications, sketches, operation manuals, and diagrams, to diagnose and troubleshoot abnormalities.•Examine and carry out tasks on broken machine parts and identify defective parts or give recommendations to supervisors on repair requirements.•Replace, fix or realign machine parts and accessories in line with production specifications.•Ensuring the maintenance of production and quality by guaranteeing the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.•Identify sources of complications by observing mechanical devices while in operation and tune in for issues by utilizing accuracy and inspection instruments.Perform Machines periodic maintenance without disruption in production requirements.Perform defective machine recovery through on-time repair and troubleshooting.Perform set-up of new machines, re-layout and modification according to production demand. •Analyze and provide countermeasure for continuous improvement of defective machines.•Responsible for PCB repair and SPM local Repair

• Insured that all reliability test machines are in good condition to perform a high quality test.• Perform quarterly machine maintenance to avoid machine breakdown.

• Insured that all Leadframe machine are in good condition to have a high quality output.• Perform set-up of new machines, re-layout and modification according to production demand.• Analyze and provide countermeasure for continuous improvement of NG machines
