 Responsible for characterizing RF system performance of Qualcomm leading-edge Snapdragon products. Develop characterization and high-volume production test solution for RF wireless products. To encompass development of RF focused test programs for device characterization, reliability testing and high-volume production. Work extensive cross functional collaboration with ASIC, System, Hardware, and Firmware design Engineers.

 Evaluate and develop RF test strategy in line with customer requirements including the design, development, and support of RF test solutions. Support and optimize RF test solutions, increasing fault detection, minimizing tester emissions / susceptibility, and reducing false calls. Support test development project quotes and proposals by assisting in defining customer technical requirements, test strategies, and selection of test equipment. Offer and perform engineering consultation services to Jabil work cells and customers as required. Attend customer meetings in support of Jabil business development as requested. Evaluate, select and introduce new technology in line with business and customer requirements. Collaborate with customer and/or design engineering (attends design reviews, perform FMEAs, etc.) to ensure reproducibility of product and effective transition to manufacturing. Drive, participate and support lean/six sigma improvement strategies. Recruit, hire and train test engineers and technicians.
