Supports a strategic location in the hospital by providing resources, information, and security to visitors, patients, staff, and physicians.Provides a variety of other services and/or performs a variety of other tasks in order to assure that guest’s needs are not only met but exceeded and to ensure that the hospital environment is safe, clean, friendly, efficient and supportive of hospital activities in general.Performs additional tasks related to special programs or services available to patients, such as complimentary parking, transportation scheduling/assistance, travel vouchers, etc.

Welcome visitors and members to the gym facitily.Actively find leads through telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals.Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.Organize and manage promotion initiatives both inside and outside the studio.Answer phones and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks.Build the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members.

Greet guests and complete the registration process including confirmation of guest information.Assist guests with check-out using the point-of-sale system.Coordinating Engineering, Housekeeping and Security for assistance for specific areas in the hotel.Entering and editing guest reservation & in room billing through OPERA.Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel information including room categories, room rates,packages, and promotions.Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities and to maximize room occupancyRespond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.Paging drivers for pickups at O'Hare Airport, Rosemont Blue Line, and areas within 3 miles of the hotel.Resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfactionReceive, input, retrieve and relay messages to guests
