• Manage the approval, deployment, auditing and reporting of workstation patching process utilizing Solarwinds Patch Manager and WSUS• Manage the deployment, auditing and reporting of anti-malware software installations, updates and functionality• Create and provide customized reporting from Lansweeper on hardware/software compliance, unauthorized software installations, environment anomalies, etc.• Manage all aspects of Active Directory and Group Policy maintenance within the Desktop Support OU structure including but not limited to, ensuring standardization compliance, naming convention/organizational compliance, Group Policy inheritance, enforcement and structural compliance, AD/GPO cleanup, etc.• Assisting with all reporting and auditing requirements (GESP, PCI, clients)• Manage all aspects of TP Policy compliance including gathering required evidence, tracking compliance by site and working with Corporate Security on uploads

• Assisting with the support of all aspects of LAN-based networking• Assisting in the installation and maintenance of all computer hardware and software• Assisting with the installation and maintenance of voice systems to support call flow; usually limited to cabling, phones, headsets and software• Cabling new and existing locations for new network, phone or other equipment• Repairing or upgrading computer systems as needed• Providing Tier 1 level support on hardware and software technical issues• Any other duties that the Director of Desktop Support, Desktop Manager or Lead Desktop Engineer may find necessary
