    In his role as the Environmental Director, Mr. Fausto is a Key Individual assigned to lead and direct all aspects of Project Co. environmental and sustainability programs for the Finch West Light Rail Transit (LRT) Project on behalf of the Mosaic Transit Group. Mosaic Transit Group (Mosaic) has been awarded a contract valued at $2.5 billion by Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario to design, build, finance and maintain the Finch West LRT, an 11-kilometre LRT that will run in a semi-exclusive lane along Finch Avenue. This consists of a below-grade terminal stop at Humber College, 16 surface stops, as well as an underground interchange station at Keele Street that connects with the new Finch West Subway Station on the Toronto-York Spadina Subway Extension. The project also includes a maintenance and storage facility for the light rail vehicles and other required components, such as trackworks, signaling, communications, and public infrastructure. The Finch West LRT is fully integrated with the City of Toronto’s transit works and is part of the Ontario Government’s commitment to expand transit in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.

Mr. Fausto was also a key member of an ecological project team undertaking extensive natural heritage studies of the AECL Chalk River laboratories and a 640 km natural gas pipeline in Northern Ohio and Pennsylvania.
