Call Center Manager – Directly involved in the training and objective setting of a mini-call center (group of 5 agents) for the group of car dealerships that are within the Autohub Group of Companies. Unit Link is the latest addition among the ranges of products offered by NYLIP. 2005 Business Plan – Prepared a five-year projection of Company Business Plan. Projections include the top line numbers (Sales, Manpower) and bottom line numbers (Premium Income, Profitability, and Company Breakeven). Special Projects Manager (July 2002 to August 2004)2004 and 2003 Business Plan – Spearheaded the 5–year Company financial projections in the absence of a company CFO. Prepared a complete model for the Business Plan process from sales projections, expense projections, to company breakeven projections. Software Programs – Created several software programs (using Macro programming in Excel) to aide the company in its campaign to recruit people and increase its production. Such software programs include the Sales Compensation Projection Tool; which could project the total compensation for an agent, sales manager, and managing partner and is widely used by the Agency sales force.
