Senior liaison with client occupants and tenants to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of contracted services are achieved.● Organize Bell Canada sites projects to ensure proper scheduling and budgets are met● Supervise and coach technicians delivering facilities management services in Bell owned and leased sites.

Managed the planning, organization, and controls for separate activities in an operations engineering department. Formally supervises individual employees and/or subordinate supervisors within a department. Responsible for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating direct reports. Directly or indirectly responsible for hiring, terminating, compensation, and performance evaluation for assigned building engineers. Supervise and manage operating engineers and maintenance staff including priorities, shift staffing, hiring, training, personnel development, and performance reviews. Ensures that staff are properly trained and qualified for their assigned facilities and associated work in a critical environment, including full implementation and strict adherence to the CBRE FM Critical Environment Playbook and client Best Practices. Responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, and modification of all critical environment building systems including: mechanical (including HVAC, computer room air conditioners, chillers, and plumbing) electrical (including UPS, DC battery systems, PDU, generators, transfer switches, and switchgear), cabling (including data and voice, broad band), fire detection and suppression, life safety, lighting, temperature control systems, building management systems, and digital systems (including fire alarm, duress, card access, CCTV). Develops, reviews, and approves construction and maintenance Critical Work Packages (CWPs) for assigned facilities and systems. Identify the maintenance objectives of the facility and incorporate those objectives into a documented plan that includes preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance procedures, safety hazards within the building and incorporate the remediation of such hazards to ensure that the building’s staff and occupants work in a safe environment. Implement, administer, and manage the safety training program.

Performs Lay-in design and Acoustical analysis to ensure the Projects’ noise criteria is met and whatever competitive advantage can be incorporated into the project, supported with a Project Specific performance based written Specification. Ensures both the Consulting Engineer and Sales rep fully understand the reasoning behind the Project Specific performance based written Specification and have included it in the project documents. Acts as Organizer for all Lay-Ins, Take-offs and Quotations by assigning, checking, and making sure that they are completed accurately as per written specifications of the projects before releasing it out to contractors who are bidding on the jobs. Responsible for the smooth flow of Inside and Outside Sales by ensuring all the necessary information required are available. Conducts Canadian Sales meeting in the absence of the Canadian Sales Regional Manager. Develops recommendation for Canadian Sales Team regarding new methodology, software, and tools resulting to a more efficient and accurate Lay-Ins, Take-offs and Quotations. Maintains & controls Log database for all Lay-Ins, Take-offs and Quotations, including all issued addendums and revisions. Support other members of the Canadian Sales Team

Acts as Project Manager for all Plasco Energy facilities/heavy duty equipment design, modification, construction, procurement, installations and upgrade with simultaneous control of all related budgets and all related activities; provide technical support & expertise to all Plasco Energy facilities. Responsible for development of facilities/building layout, construction planning & approvals; budget control related to facilities design/construction including expense and capitals: design of engineering specifications and drawings for facilities/building programs; design of HVAC systems, utilities, services and facilities; design of the fire protection, sprinklers circuitry, alarm systems etc.; selection and approval of construction methods, equipment selection within the program; design and approval of layouts of production facilities, communication system, environmental aspects of operations, offices, hazmat storage, utilities, storm water and drainage etc.; maintains & controls drawing database for all facilities, facilitates all associated updates & upgrades; provides on-site supervision and construction management for general and building contractors; Facilitate design/upgrade of part of Plasco Energy general construction / equipment specifications related to facilities/building/construction methods; acts as Facilitator on construction activities, runs weekly activity meetings, generates construction status reports, keeps Facility Lead up to date on project status; coordinates interaction of all engineering and construction groups during construction activities; develops recommendations for Plasco Energy construction teams regarding selection/implementation of new advanced construction materials, material handling equipment and construction methods; digests advanced facilities related technologies, develops recommendations for their implementation at all Plasco Energy facilities; and assist in ISO9000 & 14001 implementation and recommending best practices.

Prepare plant layout, CAD drawings including design or installation of electrical, mechanical or other support services; Advise and make recommendations for improvements; Manage and provide engineering leadership in planning, organizing and implementing projects for new building construction, addition(s), modifications, and expansion including repairs to all plant services and processes to ensure consistent and efficient implementations of projects as well as uninterrupted services to facility equipment; Co-ordinate, monitor and implement preventative maintenance programs for all plant services e.g. compressed air, fire protection, process and plant cooling systems efficient treatments HVAC, lighting system, plumbing systems and security systems; Manage and provide leadership in health and safety aspects in compliance with the OHSA as well as company’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures; Manage and maintain both hazardous and non hazardous waste disposal and recycling program.
