About Arne Luksic

CVFor the last 26+ years. I had the opportunity and privilege of learning my IT abilities based on the experience I had in the areas of project management, development of business software and databases, business intelligence, testing, teaching, and IT management.I started my career as an assistant teacher, webmaster, and computer lab administrator in 1996th for the American College of Management and Technology which is a part of Rochester Institute of Technology, and soon I made the first official portal for that institution which I was and still I am the member of.After a couple of years, I moved up to Zagreb and I started to outsource jobs for Mediasoft doing IT business intelligence for Krka Novo Mesto, Pfizer, Abbot, and Lek Ljubljana. The job role was in Croatia, Slovenia, and Serbia centers.I also worked as a school teacher of computer science and robotics for almost five years, after that, I moved up to Pardus where I developed reports and analytics for the Croatian Institute for Public Health for some time and then I decided to take the developer job role at Basler Insurance Zagreb which included specific job roles as programmer, DBA, SAP Specialist, application designer, and tester.I have to mention that I was also working as an IT manager for Marine Kaštela including Bavaria, Marinconsult, and Nautic Radio Kastela where I was responsible for planning, up-keeping, and developing the IT and operations.I was working as a computer science teacher at The High School of Electrical Engineering and Computing Science in Split, teaching computer science principles, algorithms, and programming, system programming platforms in computing, data science, and application lab/learning by doing.After a few years, I moved to Culture Center Bol working as a custodian where my social skills and communication abilities with people are usable.I am willing to make a difference by accepting new challenges. Hopefully, I will always be looking for new ways and ideas on how to be a worthy asset to either the company or institution that I am working for.
