I specialize in commercial contracts and transactional IP/IT/tech, with a focus on legal and strategic advice in matters where intangible assets are essential. My services primarily focus on negotiating and drafting commercial agreements relating to life science, media and tech industries, with particular focus on complex and strategic issues and risk assessments in transactions (M&A), IPO's, technology transfer, licensing structures and development agreements. I also provide support in disputes in these areas. Strong track-record of providing legal and strategic advice on complex legal issues, e.g. in relation to commercialization of intellectual property. I have a background as an associate professor (docent) at the Institute of Intellectual Property, Marketing and Competition Law (IMC) at Uppsala university, of which I was the Director during five years. My areas of research are in particular focused on contractual aspects of intellectual property rights and on trademark law.I currently act as the Swedish country editor for the Nordic Intellectual Property Law Review (NIR) and also as the chairperson for the trademark group within the Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property Law (SFIR).
