I am a Business Management Major from Ryerson University, that stumbled into Human Resources after taking an Organizational Behaviour course and falling in love with it. From there, I went to Durham College to acquire a Human Resources Graduate Certificate and have been in the field ever since.I have 7+ years' experience serving as a human resources generalist, as well as in leadership, customer service, and general administration. In that time, I have developed a passion for inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility.My goal now is to bring that newfound knowledge and passion into the Human Resources world, with the aim of transforming the candidate and employee/volunteer experience, by putting the heart back into HR. I hope to continue to spend the rest of my career growing, evolving and helping to shape and change the face of Human Resources as the world knows it.
