I never know how to start these things, so let me keep this fairly brief and get right to it! + You know that corny saying about how "I didn't go looking for ___, it found me?" Well that's how I feel about being fortunate enough to be an audio engineer / composer / sound designer. I have always been involved with music for as long as I can remember, but wasn't ever sure I would find a way to make it a career. Long story short, after multiple serious injuries playing college football, I found myself constantly creating and honing my craft as a producer and engineer with the same fuel and fire I had once used out on the field. And since then there's been no turning back. + Music has taken me to places and rooms I only dreamed of - I've been fortunate enough to work in places such as Chicago, LA, ATL, STL, Miami, and NYC. I've met and worked with some of my favorite and most influential musicians including Nick Cannon, PartyNextDoor, Roy Woods, Jeremih, Ant Clemons, and more. I've worked on both national and local commercials for companies such as SSM, Penn, Abu Garcia, World Wide Tech, and others. I write all this to say that hard work does indeed pay off, and if an opportunity comes knocking, make sure you answer the door. + My true love from all of this comes from not only creating, but helping bring a vision to life. To do something more than just "audio." To make you feel - make you think - make you experience something in its full potential. It's not just about sound - it's about the overall completion of a project and the possible impact it may have on someone. + Last but not least, I want to make sure I continue to always learn and be a student. There's always room for growth and more knowledge - no one knows everything. I try to listen more than I talk, and let my work speak for itself.
