Retired - I am an IT Professional with broad and deep experience in leading and directing multiple areas within the enterprise infrastructure services and process space. I have extensive experience in devising and establishing new consultative practices, both in my current role and in my prior consulting career, including (most recently) standing up and maturing a strategic Business Relationship Management (BRM) practice at Fortune 500 Insurance company. In my current role, I am responsible for the Shared Services - Business Relationship and Availability Services Group, providing IT Business Relationship Management, Organizational Change Management (OCM), Business Resiliency (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery), and Solution Architecture. Beyond my work role, I hold Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM) and Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) Certifications. As a founding member of the Business Relationship Management Institute (BRM Institute), I have chaired the the BRM Council from 2016-2018, am a member of the BRM Institute Compensation Committee and Knowledge Teams, and have been a Board Director since 2016. I have a diverse background ranging from bio-medical research to IT Consulting in Client, Server, Network, Project Management, ITIL, Voice, and Telecommunications.
